If you’re a Mac or iPhone user there’s just no excuse for not being productive these days. Free todo list and task manager apps abound which sync between devices and send out reminders for anything you need done.
One of the more popular todo and task list managers is Wunderlist for Mac and iPhone, and it’s a good choice for people afraid of the complexity of such apps.
I found eight different features which make it a no-brainer for anyone who needs to be a little more productive and efficient but doesn’t have the time or discipline to install a complicated task or project management app.
Wunderlist handles lists, as you’d expect. A list can be a list of todo items, which automatically makes it a project manager because tasks are what make up projects.
Other Wunderlist has some collaboration capability, but more in the Pro version (for a price). Recurring todo items and sub-task items make it easier to enter items. Reminders and notifications are automatically sent. Notes are easily entered and tracked, and the whole user interface is simple and straightforward with little learning curve.
Not bad for free, right?
Free? Yes, Wunderlist is free, but there’s also a per-month version with more features that power users may find worthy. The sync between Mac and iPhone works well.
